
PASTOR PHILLIP DAVIS
Dr. Phillip Davis serves as the Senior Pastor of Greater Shiloh Church, a thriving multi-site ministry with campuses in Easton, Stroudsburg, and Haiti. Since 2005, his visionary leadership has resulted in significant church growth and a bold commitment to community engagement. Known for his anointed preaching and practical teaching, Dr. Davis empowers people to apply biblical truth to real-life issues.
Under his leadership, the church has launched numerous initiatives, including the Nehemiah House of Restoration, a residential transitional housing program for men in recovery; emergency homeless shelter and two food pantries one in Easton and Stroudsburg; a bilingual campus in Bethlehem (now known as Alpha & Omega Church; a Florida campus(now known as Movement Church) and an international outreach providing ministry, education and resources in Haiti. In 2022, the church launched The Grow U Academy, an academic enrichment program preparing student-scholars for academic success.
Dr. Davis is also the founder of the Greater Community Development Corporation, 501 c3 a nonprofit committed to economic empowerment and neighborhood revitalization. Through his leadership, GCDC became a HUD- and PHFA-certified housing counseling agency, serving individuals and families throughout the region. He also founded the Lehigh Valley Black Church Housing Alliance (LVBCHA) to partner with Black churches in equipping their congregations with the tools to achieve homeownership and financial freedom.
His voice has been heard globally, preaching and teaching in Africa, Haiti, Mexico, and South America.
Most recently, Dr. Davis authored the book Why Black Men Won’t Talk: Breaking the Silence, which explores the effects of racial trauma, emotional suppression, and systemic injustice on the communication and mental health of Black men. The book offers hope, insight, and healing to individuals, couples, and communities.
Dr. Davis holds bachelor’s degrees in Christian Counseling and Organizational Leadership, a master’s degree in Theological Studies, and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT) from Eastern University.
He is joyfully married to Co-Pastor Kristina Davis, and together they are the proud parents of Rachael, Ericka, Shawn, and Marieyah, and grandparents to Chris Jr., Avery Ryland, and Dakota Wyatt.

PASTOR KRISTINA DAVIS
Published Author and Certified Life Coach, Pastor Kristina Davis, is a motivational speaker, with a concerted focus on the often underrepresented Millennials and Xennials. Her work is dedicated to assisting them in achieving their ultimate level of sustainability and personal awareness. Her personal experiences, coupled by her unyielding faith, compel her to provide the voice that seems to be silenced within a segment of society that is frequently drowned out by the noise of unmerited competition.
Pastor Kristina Davis’ resume highlights more than a decade of experience in assisting young women reach their ultimate potential through the “Young Ladies of Excellence” Leadership Training Program. Additionally, she spearheads the “Women of Excellence” Ministry, which hosts conferences, brunches, small group mentoring programs, as well as several events throughout the year catered to the empowerment of women from every facet of life. Her simplistically relatable and interactive approach to educating imparts hope and encouragement to all participants. She is a published author of two best-selling spiritual texts: “The Beast Within: Every Woman’s Secret Battle” and “The Desperate Worshipper”, which focus on superseding any and all insurmountable obstacles that hinder women from becoming who they are called and destined to become. Rooted in her devout faith, Pastor Davis utilizes her personal vulnerabilities to express her message of maintaining hope in an otherwise hopeless world. In her upcoming book, “Love Notes: The Journal“, it is her intent to help married couples strengthen and explore different aspects of their marriage they may be apprehensive to delve into. Her goal is to educate couples on the joys of reconnoitering various avenues of excitement and joy within the spiritual context of maintaining God’s Will and plan for their lives.
Operating within her domain as Co-Pastor and First Lady of Greater Shiloh Church in Easton, Pennsylvania, Pastor Kristina, in conjunction with her husband, has facilitated a plethora marriage retreats and conferences throughout the United States, Africa and South America. In 2015, she launched “The Wife Saver” blog, an interactive platform designed to provide spiritual insight, practical information, and applicable encouragement to wives and families determined to sustain and flourish in these ever-changing and challenging times.
She is also a gourmet chef, and is the co-owner of Brabham Davis & Associates, a boutique business consulting and coaching firm designed to help people from all walks of life achieve their goals, develop great ideas, and create solutions.
Hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Pastor Kristina Davis is a devoted wife of over twenty-nine years to Pastor Phillip Davis, and together they share in rearing their beloved daughter, Rachael, and nieces, Ericka and Marieyah.
